How do I know what size to order?: Please use the size chart located at the top of the website where the tabs are located. The size chart uses your height and weight to determine the size you need.
How do I know when my order has been shipped? Once your order has been billed you will receive a shipment confirmation email that confirms that your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You can check the status of your order by reviewing the order on your account. Just login to your account and refer to order status.
My order says “delivered” on the tracking but I cannot locate it: If your tracking information says the package was “delivered,” first double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any “attempted delivery” notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don’t see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers’ electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it’s still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information.

Do you ship during Holidays?: We do not ship during recognized national holidays. All orders placed during or which fall on a holiday will be shipped out once the following business day resumes.
